How to change passwords for user group in windows xp without knowing the password

hi..

Start -->CMD

1) cd\

2) type "net user" and than press enter

it displays all the usergroups in our computer

3) net user "User group name " *

and than press enter,Here User group name means User account name

4) Than enter new password and than enter confirm password

5) Password has been changed

6) njoy ...........
